Making a Booking

Please check the Hall Calendar on our Availability page before requesting a booking.

We are very grateful to Sarah for her hard work and efficiency over the last year as our booking agent - Sarah has now handed over to Amie who is our new part-time booking agent.

The best way to contact Amie is via email at bookings@westmoorshall.org. Amie may be available after 14.30 on the hall bookings mobile number 07746 939820 each weekday or at the weekends. If you leave a message she will contact you back.

Many of you will know Amie from the Town Council Office but that is her main job and during that time she is unable to help with any hall booking matters - the West Moors Memorial Hall is run by a charity and is completely independent of the Town Council. Please do not phone her at the Town Council office and do not visit the Town Council office to discuss hall bookings she will be unable to help you when she is working there.
