Hourly Rates
Hourly rate booking rates are only available for up to 2 hours maximum.
D = Daytime: bookings between 09.00 and 18.00
E = Evening: bookings between 18.00 and 23.00

General Notes
Contact the Booking Agent for rates for private hire booking times that vary from the tables above.
All charges include the shared use, when necessary, of the kitchen and crockery.
The sale or supply of intoxicants, in any manner, within the Hall is not permitted without the prior agreement of West Moors Memorial Hall Trustees.
The booked times are the entry and exit times: other hirers may occupy the Hall before and after your booking.
A deposit (payable on booking by bank transfer) of between £75 and £375 is required for private bookings depending on the potential for risk or damage to the premises. Payment in two parts may be possible.
Conditions of Hire and Hirer’s Responsibilities are as set out within the Hiring Agreement issued at the time of booking.
No hirer of the Hall is permitted to allow any Commercial Organisation or Individual to use any part of the West Moors Memorial Hall facility or car park for profit or gain at any function or event to which the general public is admitted, regardless of any donation or fee paid to any hirer, or any offer of the same by any Commercial Organisation or Individual.
The application of the Scales referred to above to any regular booking is at the Trustees’ discretion.
