Hourly Rates
Hourly rate booking rates are only available for up to 2 hours maximum.
D = Daytime: bookings between 09.00 and 18.00
E = Evening: bookings between 18.00 and 23.00

General Notes
Contact the Booking Agent for rates for short bookings and those that overlap two booking periods.
The above charges include the shared use, when necessary, of the kitchen and crockery.
The sale or supply of intoxicants, in any manner, within the Hall is not permitted without the prior agreement of West Moors Memorial Hall Trustees.
The timing of all bookings must be adhered to: please check the booking on the calendar a week or more beforehand.
A deposit (payable on booking by direct payment or cheque) of between £75 and £250 is required for private bookings depending on the assessed risk of potential damage to the premises.
Conditions of Hire and Responsibilities for Hirers are as set out within the Hall and on the website www.westmoorhall.org.
No hirer of the Hall is permitted to allow any Commercial Organisation or Individual to use any part of the West moors Memorial Hall facility for profit or gain at any function or event to which the general public are admitted, regardless of any donation or fee paid to any hirer, or any offer of the same by any such Commercial Organisation or Individual.
