A group fitness class that is less intense than a regular Zumba class. Suitable for anyone who hasn’t exercised before, or for a long time. Anyone recovering from illness or injury, or for anyone that is wanting a less intense workout. The majority of my participants are 50+ but the class is suitable for anyone. We combine strengthening exercises, balance, co-ordination & flexibility in a fun environment.
